 If you're not entirely satisfied with your Booking, we’re here to assist.

 All cancellations should be intimated through email and the refund policy are effective from the date of receipt of this email. All refunds are processed within one week on receipt of E-mail.

 Online refunds for bookings made via our website will take up to 10 working /business days. Credit/Debit card online refunds will only be made against Credit/Debit card bookings and typically take up to 10 working/ business days.

 Cancellation Charges:

 1. 100% refund for cancellation 5 days before travel

 2. 75% refund for cancellation 3 days before travel

 3. No refund for cancellation 1 Day before travel

 • Special Case 1 (Strike): just in case of any labor strike or owner strike and also the operators are unable to process the booking on the date, the booking is often rescheduled to the other available date or the complete refund of the number paid by the customer are provided.

 • Special Case 2 (Natural Calamities): just in the case of natural calamities, bookings are often rescheduled to the other convenient date consistent with availability. Peak dates price differences are applicable. Refunds are going to be provided to cancellations just for cases of natural calamity. The refund is going to be 100% of the paid advance amount. Cancellations must be intimated through email a minimum of two days before the check-in date. Refunds are processed within 10 working/business days.

 • Special Case 3 (CORONA/CoVID -19 Positive): just in case You or any of the member(s) in your travel group is tested as CoVID positive, the bookings may be rescheduled or canceled, for this, the test results of CoVID positive certificate/document and Government Issued Valid ID Card Copy [Any] of the identical person has to be shared with us as proof. The reschedules are done to the other convenient date in keeping with availability. Peak dates price differences are going to be applicable. The advance amount you've got paid is deducted from the new booking amount. We cannot process the reschedule / refund with no proof/ supporting documents otherwise it'll come under the normal cancellation/ reschedule policy. The Reschedule/ Cancellations should be intimated through email as soon as possible. Refunds are processed within 10 working days. No refund/Reschedule is given if the request raises 2 Days before the trip date

 Amend your Reservation:

 If you decide to amend the dates, inform us a minimum of 2 days before the check-in. There are not any amendments possible between 0-2 days before registering. If you've got booked a day cruise houseboat then amendment of the number of individuals is depending upon the cruise capacity of the boat. For every day cruise number of the person is increased up to the full maximum cruise capacity of the boat by adding extra charges. But changing houseboats may increase the value and it depends upon availability and date may vary.

 Amendments depend upon the speed and houseboat availability. If the identical houseboat or rate isn't available, amendments aren't possible. during this case, we recommend you to create a brand new booking and so cancel the first one.
