Our first houseboat experience ever was with Grand Villa Houseboat. The hospitality, cleanliness, hygiene and food was held at the highest standards. The staff was responsive to all our queries, doubts and had a good knowledge of the local life. If there's going to be another Houseboat stay, it is definitely going to be at the Grand Villa Houseboat.

We had a lovely stay at this amazing houseboat! Our hotel helped us book it (we didn’t see pictures before) and it succeeded all our expectations. It is quite modern, large windows and has everything you need. Really nice and modest staff and great fresh food! The sleep spot was very calm and beautiful with an amazing sunset. Everything we asked or suggested they helped us with, We had a very relaxing stay and would recommend it to anyone to book this houseboat!

It was my first visit to a boathouse with my family, and I was tensed it would be good enough or not. Grand villa pick up from Philipkuttys Farm was on time Welcome drink was refreshing. It was a day cruise with pick up at 11 am and drop at 5 pm. The house boat was a luxury one with 2 bed rooms and upper deck It was neat and clean. The 3 crew members headed by the cook Kailash all wonderful and lively person. Lunch menu was extensive with 3 non veg dishes ( chicken fish and prawns) It was a lovely and lip smacking Kerala lun

Marvelous 2-day tour with Sam (captain), Abhinanda, and Majeesh (chef) on the Grand Villa 1-bedroom houseboat. So clean, so comfortable, it was so relaxing! Majeesh prepared delicious food that was different for every meal! We highly recommend Grand Villa to everyone. We hope to be back with friends!
